Easy ways to control swelling during pregnancy
Increased blood flow and body fluids during pregnancy can be swollen, especially when the legs are not comfortable. So to reduce swelling during pregnancy, it is best to do the following:
Do not stand for long periods and always wear shoes and avoid high-heeled shoes
When hot weather, cut out
When resting in one place, raise your feet above your head
Do not wear tight clothing around your hips or hand. Wear any clothes that support the pregnancy, especially to relieve the swelling of the feet
Reduce swelling with ice cream or swimming
Eat more water and reduce salt intake.
